When FIFA 16 releases on September 22, it will include a number of inherent upgrades for Seattle Sounders FC supporters. Alongside the new CenturyLink Field and Seattle Reign players added to the game will be new Sounders players and ratings. Among those new additions is Román Torres, considered by EA's FIFA 16 crew to be Seattle's strongest pickup.
On Saturday FIFA released a list of the ten strongest and most physical players in the game, and Torres came in at number four (presumably with a caption "Most likely to eat opposing offensive players alive.") He is one-upped by his Panamanian National Team center back teammate Felipe Baloy, the 34-year old Monterrey and Santos Laguna vet currently on loan with Atlas. Also on the list is Real Salt Lake's Jamison Olave.
A quick glace indicates that physicality is the game's better success correlation, with eight of the top ten playing for major European clubs.
Ratings are determined by a number of scouts both paid and volunteer, who judge the real life players on a series of attributes and assign them numerical values.
