Major Link Soccer: Labor Day

In honor of the weekend's weather, this post will be very Reign-centric

Steven Bisig-USA TODAY Sports

It's Labor Day today, so be sure to go out and thank someone who participates in labor. Hey, that's YOU!*

Seattle

This weekend's match with Toronto FC was likely the shortest MLS-era March to the Match ever, but perhaps also featured the most dedicated participants per capita.

She didn't score in the Reign's season finale, but Kim Little continues to be the engine that makes Seattle Reign FC run. Little with her midfield mates Jessica Fishlock and Keelin Winters have made this year's Reign team even more formidable than last year's Shield winners. And every once in a while, Fishlock and Megan Rapinoe pull something like this out of their back pockets. By the way, here's a friendly reminder that the team's only home playoff game will be this Sunday.

World

NBCSports.com has undergone a drastic makeover, complete with a nosejob, some liposuction and an injection of synergy.

The Bundesliga is arguably the most entertaining soccer league in the world (on average,) so why is no one watching FOX's broadcasts of the German league?

And that's it! Enjoy your day off (hopefully!)

*Yes, Labor Day is a bit more complicated than that
