Will the Seattle Sounders sign the No. 1 pick outside of the draft or pick a gem at No. 15 in the SuperDraft

Werder Bremen general manager Thomas Eichin heaped praise on Jordan Morris yesterday claiming Morris "does a few things one rarely sees." While Sounders President of soccer Garth Lagerwey feels "MLS is a great place for a young player to start his career".

In 2007 Sigi Schmid had the 15th pick in the MLS Superdraft, and who did he pick for the Columbus Crew? Brad Evans Seattle's current all around star that's who. This year Schmid has the 15th pick again, can he find another gem or do we see one of these five players.

Getting an invitation to the MLS Combine was "pretty surreal" for Victoria midfielder Josh Heard. Sadly the 21-year-old University of Washington senior didn't get to experience it. The UW midfielder will keep his fingers crossed for a phone call come Thursday.
