Looks like the Seattle Sounders won't be picking in the first round of today's MLS SuperDraft, as it was just announced that they traded the pick to Chicago for an unnamed player. The Sounders' remaining picks, bar any other last-minute trades, will be 27th and 35th overall. The traded player is unnamed as of now, as MLS Commissioner Don Garber noted that all parties will be notified before the names are announced on television.

There's no firm word on who the Sounders acquired in the trade, but at least one reporter is suggesting it's a "relatively significant" player.
