Jordan Morris caps grand year with MAC Hermann Trophy

In 2015 Morris won the Pac12 Player of the Year, the College Cup Player of Tournament and tonight he takes home the greatest award for college soccer players.

Jordan Morris' 2015 is finally over. It ends with the award as the greatest D-1 NCAA men's soccer player. Tonight he won the MAC Hermann trophy. The hype started back on April 15th when he scored against Mexico while with the United States.

In between those bookends he won the College Cup, was the tournament's best player, won the Pac-12 Player of Year, scored 13 goals, with 12 in his final 14 games.

It was a very good year for Morris.

Raquel Rodriguez of Penn State won the award as college's best women's soccer player.

Rodriguez started all 27 matches in the Nittany Lion midfield, tallying 18 points on six goals and six assists. She capped off her collegiate career by scoring the game-winning goal in a 1-0 victory over the Duke Blue Devils in the 2015 Women's College Cup final. Her goal in the College Cup Final was the 23rd of her career and her ninth career game-winning goal.
