Sounders vs. Chicago Fire: LevyFilms’ highlights

Soccer is a game of inches. This is hardly news. But one of the things that LevyFilms’ highlights often bring out is just how true this is. The Seattle Sounders had no shortage of half-chances in their 1-0 win over the Chicago Fire. They did wonderfully to create those.

But that final touch just eluded them on so many instances, whether it was Jordan Morris nearly scoring from a tight angle or Nelson Valdez almost getting his first goal of the season.

Ultimately, it didn’t really matter. The Sounders won, got the points they needed and moved into playoff position.
