The final match of 2016 means everything for Seattle Sounders and Real Salt Lake. The winner advances to the MLS Cup Playoffs and the loser could very well be done. Both teams are stocked with talent. Seattle is a great soccer environment, particularly with a full stadium match. The talent on both sides is strong. That’s why ESPN chose to claim the game for their broadcast on Decision Day.

Every match on 23 October 2016 will start at the same time, with TV coverage starting at 1 PM Pacific. ESPN and ESPN Deportes has RSL at Sounders. FS1 and Fox Deportes carry LA Galaxy vs. FC Dallas, where FCD could win the Shield. Up in Canada TSN1 is showing the Cascadia Cup match between the Whitecaps and Timbers. If Portland wins they take home the rivalry cup and make the playoffs. If they lose they could come short on both. That match is also on ROOT Sports NW here in the Seattle area.
