Victor Mansaray has once again earned a callup to the United States U20 team, this time as one of five forwards headed to the Dallas Cup, the massive youth invitational tournament that features teams from across the world. U20 Head Coach Tab Ramos announced his roster for the March 20-26 event on Monday.

The US team, as part of the Gordon Yago Super Group (the top teams), will take on squads from Fulham FC, the Bundesliga's Hoffenheim, and Liga MX's Monterrey in group play. The level of competition will help Ramos narrow down his roster moving forward.

"The Dallas Cup will provide us a great opportunity to see all of these players in meaningful international games," said Ramos. "We will see which players stand out and what combination of players work well together as we build towards U-20 WC Qualifying in early 2017."

Mansaray's inclusion is no surprise; he's had calls to youth national team at various levels and most recently attended the U20 January camp in Miami. That he's made the cut from nine forwards at the camp to just five for the Dallas Cup is a good sign for the 19-year-old Sounders academy product's U20 World Cup hopes.

Mansaray has not yet made an appearance for the Sounders this year.
