This year it's all about "key match incidents." Brad Evans loves raunchy comedy. It's Season Preview time!

The Major League Soccer offseason is over, just like that. It's hard to believe, but the whole circus starts again this weekend. That also means that it's season preview time! We wouldn't have you start anywhere else than this fine offering from SB Nation, the 2016 season preview for the Seattle Sounders.

For another take, check out SBI's analysis of the Sounders' offseason and outlook for this year.

The MLS site is offering a "Field Guide" to supporters groups in MLS, in case you are a bird watcher. In this example, a Seattle supporter is a young boy with a foam finger, standing alone in an empty stadium.

Many have expressed disdain for the revealing cut of the only women's Sounders jerseys made available by Adidas and the Sounders, despite other styles apparently being options. Stephanie Steiner of the Alliance Council has made these complaints to the club formal with this letter.

Jess Fishlock and the Wales WNT battled to a late draw against Finland in the Cyprus Women's Cup. Next up: Poland.

Meanwhile, Manon Melis and The Netherlands edged out Switzerland in a 4-3 victory to top the table in Olympic qualifying.

In case you weren't sure: Yes, Kim Little is that good. She is the "most talented player" Hope Solo (for one) has ever played with.

Brad Evans sat down with Seattle Met to talk about the upcoming season, whether he can rap, and his love for "dirty comedy."

The head of the Professional Referees Organization says that officiating in MLS has improved by several metrics, and that MLS assistant referees are more accurate at active offsides calls than those in the Premier League. Here's what the officials will be focused on to improve this season.

The rumors were true, Didier Drogba will spend the first few matches of the MLS season hanging out with Alessandro Nesta and Miami FC rather than play on turf in MLS. He'll catch up with Montreal Impact at some point, though, don't worry.

Men in Blazers talked to Jordan Morris, and also someone who lives in Portland, and also a very old man who plays in New York.

New York City FC's promising top draft pick, Jack Harrison, has a very painful-sounding pelvic bone/ligament injury that may sideline him for the season, although coach Patrick Vieira is more optimistic.

Perry Kitchen looks to have signed with Hearts in Scotland for "up to" three years, and is a welcome addition in Edinburgh. He obtained a work visa as an "exceptional talent."

As frustrating as it may be to lose to Liga MX teams more often than not, it's hardly unexpected. MLS is not as good, and that's OK. It is what it is, as Brad Evans would say.

Here's the stories of how fans of MLS teams became fans, including the tale of KEXP's John Richards and his support of the Seattle Sounders.

US legend Brandi Chastain will donate her brain to science, specifically to researchers studying degenerative brain disease related to concussions in sports.

The Greek Cup has been cancelled altogether after pandemonium in the stands spilled onto the pitch during a semifinal. Flares were thrown, fans clashed with riot police, it was overall not a good time. The previous link has a bonus Michael Gspurning quote.

Those who think sports scandal and corruption could mean the loss of sponsorship deals should maybe think again. Adidas is "watching" IAAF (doping scandal) and FIFA (all scandals), but will not be pulling their sponsorship from the former organization.

Jurgen Klopp had one word to describe Liverpool's 3-0 victory over Manchester City in Premier League play: "Boom!"
