Decades of deceit was righted on Tuesday. A 27-year struggle for truth by the families of the 96 people killed at the Hillsborough football stadium has been vindicated after new inquests into the disaster determined that they had been unlawfully killed.

Manchester City and Real Madrid played out a goalless draw in the first leg of their Champions League semifinal at the Etihad Stadium. Madrid played without Cristiano Ronaldo and City played without any conviction.

Fairy tale season for Leicester as 5,000-1 outsiders is big trouble for the bookmakers. The bookies stand to lose about 10 million pounds ($14.55 million) if Leicester City can win the EPL.
