Seattle Sounders U23 kick off the 103rd edition of the US Open Cup tonight in Bonney Lake, Transfer deadline is here, and Goals of the Week.

The Seattle Sounders U23 team begin their quest for the US Open Cup today against Outbreak FC. The Outbreak are an older amateur team from California while the U23 Sounders are mostly college players home for the summer. The US Open Cup has a strong tradition in soccer communities, but some still call it "the best sporting event you've never heard of".

The Seattle Sounders U14 academy team are on a quest for their own cup in the Cayman Islands. The Sounders youngest academy team are playing in the Cayman Airways Invitational U15 Youth Football Cup and by the looks of their first game, a 9-2 thrashing of the IMG Academy they are definitely cruising on the funbus.
