In their final home game in over a month the Seattle Sounders host the team that made them look the worst in the 2016 season. The Colorado Rapids are not just top of the table right now, their 3-1 was the worst game of Seattle's poor season. Saturday night's game offers a small chance to correct that before a three-match road trip that will also be without several of top Sounders who leave for the Copa America.
Ismail Elfath is the center referee. No players are in danger of suspension from a single yellow card. Alonso is two yellows away from an accumulation suspension. No players are on the DL, but neither Valdez nor Marshall are expected to play for Seattle. St. Ledger, Miller and Pappa are out for the Rapids.
