When the United States beat Ecuador it was nearly certain that they would face Argentina. Argentina held serve today beating Venezuela 4-1. Lionel Messi scored his fourth goal of the tournament (current Golden Boot leader for the Copa). The world's greatest player also tallied two assists in the win.

Houston is the host for the match. NRG Stadium holds 71,000 with ticket sales already over 60,000. It is a retractable fabric roof stadium that is using a sod overlay over AstoTurf for the Copa America.

The other semifinal is on Wednesday night featuring Colombia against the winner of Chile vs. Mexico Chile. That match will be at Soldier Field in Chicago.

If the United States does the nigh impossible beating Argentina they would advance to the final at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey on Sunday the 26th on FS1/Univision. If they lose there is a third-place game at University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale on Saturday the 25th on FX/Univision.
