After a dreary showing against Swope Park Rangers last Sunday, Sounders FC 2 are taking to the road. They face Sacramento Republic, who currently sit at fourth place in the Western Conference.
Thanks to solid play from their backline and goalkeeper Dominik Jakubek, Sacramento have only conceded ten goals this season. They defend well in their own half, so if opportunities do come for S2 in this match, it will be important for the Rave Green to put them on target.
It will be up to S2 to show that they want to make something out of this year.
