Roman Torres’ dancing will dramatically improve your Monday

The Sounders locker room looks like a very fun place to be these days.

Winning locker rooms are usually pretty fun. But for much of this year, the Seattle Sounders locker room seemed to be more of the quiet, professional variety. You might even have called it subdued.

A good deal of that was surely because the results had been pretty uneven and there simply wasn’t much cause for overly jubilant behavior.

Well, if Saturday’s postgame scene was any indication, the mood has changed significantly.

This is awesome on so many levels, not the least of which is Roman Torres absolutely busting a move to the enjoyment of many of his teammates. In the background, we’re treated to Alvaro Fernandez doing his own dance and Nelson Valdez filming it (which he later posted to his Instagram account).

The Sounders still have plenty of work to do in order to make the playoffs, but scenes like this at least give the impression that the team is feeling good about their chances.
