Bow down to Washington's Handwalla Bwana

The freshman out of the Sounders Academy is dominating UCLA down in Los Angeles.

UCLA is a powerhouse in men’s soccer. The University of Washington is starting to get national recognition and expectations, mostly due to their use of numerous Sounders Academy players and recruits like Cristian Roldan. This year’s Huskies features six Academy alums - Handwalla Bwana, John Magnus, Kasey French, Saif Kerawala, Ryan DeGroot, and Henry Wingo.

None of them started, but that didn’t stop Bwana from working some magic against the Bruins.

UW’s first two goals came off of long throws. Their fourth goal was a rebound that Parrish put away.

Basically the Dawgs are rampant.

UCLA’s Sounders alum Seyi Adekoya has yet to score.
