Unlike the first team, Sounders 2 will open their season at home by hosting the Sacramento Republic at Starfire Sports in Tukwila on Sunday, March 26. Their second match of the season will be on the road at Vancouver Whitecaps 2, whose first match of the season is on the road at LA Galaxy II.
This is the first year the USL will have Division Two status in US Soccer, and the league is also adding a handful of new sides. The full schedule for S2 will be released in the coming days by the USL, as well as specific kickoff times.

With today’s announcement, we now know S2’s first two matches, but we still do not know who will suit up for them, as they have only three players signed to the roster. The roster should fill out soon, most likely with academy players and draft picks that are currently participating in Sounders training camp.
