These Sounders are impossibly easy to love

Winning obviously helps, but I’m not sure there’s ever been a time when the Seattle Sounders have been easier to love. The players seem to all have great personalities and every public face in the organization seems to get how important it is to feed the bond with fans.

All of that is captured in the Sounders digital team’s latest.

There’s no shortage of great moments in here, from solid footage of the goals to the phone-light moment and the various trophy lifts. Of course, the highlight is Brian Schmetzer’s postgame speech which is immediately followed by several players spraying him with champagne. There’s also some bonus footage of Clint Dempsey’s son doing his dad’s handshake with Roman Torres’ kid (recreating their dad’s celebration).

Like I said ... it’s easy to like these guys.
