Once upon a time someone smart decided that when their is ice and snow on the ground it is hard to play soccer, except for indoors. And so indoor soccer was born (this story is probably false). Local indoor soccer is your preseason. It’s your opportunity to celebrate the region we love, particularly you SoKing-Pierce County types.
It’s also another chance to make the virtual real. Yes, YachtConII is happening. You should go. If you cannot go to YachtConII, or you also have the evening on February 24th free you should go to Sounder at Heart at the Stars.

Friday Feb 24th, 7:35 kick off against the Chicago Mustangs
- 2 for 1 drinks all night at the ShoWare Center
- $16 ticket gets a hat and reserved seat ticket (a $40 value)
- SaH Group Photo at 6:15 PM on the field
- A player will join our section after the game, gives his jersey to a lucky fan
I’ll probably talk a lot pregame, halftime but not postgame because that’s when someone is getting a jersey and everyone can meet the players on the field. That’s something the Stars do after every home game. It’s great fun to chat with the team.
ShoWare Center has plenty of free parking and the Kent Station area is good for pregame meals and the like. I hope to see many of you.
