Major Link Soccer: What is Pulisic's best spot?

Free tacos are back when the Sounders score, MNUFC has a fancam, and Pulisic is the USMNT's future, but where?

Starting with just a quick reminder in case you may have missed it, free tacos are back!!

MLS

Looking for a quick roundup of MLS, specifically starting with what's wrong with MN United? Well, Talgrath's got one for you. If you are looking just for hype, that is not Sounders related...apparently there's a reason to jump on Fire, Dynamo, and Quakes bandwagons.

In order to be one of the top leagues in the world, the league will need to change it's transfer and salary rules - Pirlo is very adamant about that.

If you actually went out in the snow and cold in Minnesota, good for you. Sorry you had to see your team lose again...by five goals this time, too... But! There is some good news; MNUFC has a detailed fancam that you can find yourself in the stands in.

Remember that guy who played here, Herc Gomez? He's got a podcast on ESPN, and got to grill Don Garber.

Speaking of our loving commissioner, he also did a 45 minute interview with Grant Wahl at SWSX, and it got pretty interesting.

Minnesota's roster problems have been discussed at length, but after losing their top keeper to injury and another backup, Bobby Shuttleworth with be deputized as an emergency keeper. I'm guessing it is the earliest anyone has needed an emergency keeper.

One keeper that will not be an option from the pool is former S2 keeper, Matt Bersano, after he signed with San Jose yesterday.

Hudson River Blue had a scavenger hunt, and here's the results. You tell me if it seems fun or just a bit confusing... Meanwhile one of the newest sides, Atlanta United, is realizing MLS is a bit unpredictable.

San Diego's MLS hopes are buoyed with Landon Donovan's involvement, oh and some cool stadium drawings.

USA

USMNT will reportedly give former Timber Jorge Villafana a crack in the qualifiers this month under Bruce Arena.

It likely is not fault of the Timbers (though who knows) but Portland and Vancouver, WA are rated as two of the most depressed cities in the country. They always seem happy to me...except with Portland's road form.

FourFourTwo is naming their top 20 stadiums to watch soccer at in the US. So far they've released 20-16 and CenturyLink has not been listed. We may never be, or we maybe #1 (of course we should be), only time will tell.

Aron Johannsson is back from injury but not back on the field, and that lack of playing time, as well as the fact his side will likely be relegated, may lead to him leaving the German side.

One of the biggest questions for overhyping fans of US Soccer is, where should Christian Pulisic play, in the center or on the wing? (He picked up another goal yesterday, this one in the DFB-Pokal (their version of the Open Cup))

May not be soccer related but with yesterday being Pi Day the Colorado Rockies had some fun in spring training with their jersey lineup.

World

The CCL is not the most competitive tournament, particularly in the earliest stages, but a Champions League for the entire Americas could be and it sounds like the biggest win for fans.

Want to make £140,000 a week? Well apparently Romelu Lukaku does not...well he does not want to do it with Everton right now.

Love Barcelona? Hate Barcelona? In either case, if you want to write about them, Vox Media (SB Nation's parent) needs a new fan site manager for the Barca blog. Also if you hate Barca, I don't recommend doing it.

UEFA Champions League has been pretty exciting: Juventus knocked out a 10-man Porto side, and England's darlings Leicester City managed to come through and knock out Sevilla. The Foxes look to be the first side to win the Premier League and be relegated the next season while winning the Champions League.

The FA Cup usually features at least one crazy story line where a David beats a Goliath but not this year with four of the top six PL sides in the semis. There's reason to think this will not happen again.

England is realizing that they have a bunch of haves and have nots in their top Women's league and it is leading them to issue foreign quotas and a salary cap (sound familiar?) in order to stop the rise in spending and foreign presence in the domestic league.
