Seattle Sounders vs. New York Red Bulls: Community player ratings form

Let’s rate the individual performances in this feel-good home win.

MLS: New York Red Bulls at Seattle Sounders FC Steven Bisig-USA TODAY Sports

The Seattle Sounders started the 2017 home series at CenturyLink Field off right with a 3-1 victory, and now it’s time for us to break down the win to the individual performances.

There’s plenty of interest for raters in this match. Gustav Svensson made his first start at centerback in place of the suspended Román Torres. Oniel Fisher got another shot at making the right back spot his own, only to face an injury and see Cristian Roldan slide over to try his hand at it. Harry Shipp played a bigger role this week as well. How did they (and the rest of the Sounders) do against the Red Bulls?

Note: Some readers are experiencing rendering issues with the form on this page, especially on iOS devices. Here is a direct link to the form, we hope that allows everyone to submit a response.

Here's the scale:

(Substitutes can be left blank if the player did not play enough to judge)

1 - not a pro (USL/NASL/MLS) quality performance

4 - average USL starter

6 - average MLS starter

9 - MLS All Star

10 - MLS MVP-quality performance
