Major Link Soccer: Who wants to ride the coaching carousel?

Argentina and Palermo keep getting back in line while is it finally Arsenal's time to hop on?

MLS

Sounders fans have plenty a-time complained about the security procedures to enter CenturyLink Field, but at least we have plenty of gates to do it. Orlando City, on the other hand, has issues that stem from not having enough entrances.

MLS has officially made it; it's going to be LIVE on SportsCenter. ESPN's flagship news show will be live on 8/25 from the "Hudson River Derby", which, if history is any indication, will be the Red Bulls winning by plenty of goals.

Seattle and Portland have something in common, and not just that they have the last two MLS Cups. Zillow broke out where to residents and outsiders want to stay/go to live, and Seattle and Portland rank at the top. Three of the bottom four (out/out) have mediocre MLS sides, and the other can't seem to find a stadium for one.

USA

After announcing that US-Mexico-Canada would be bidding for the 2026 World Cup as a trio (we need more tri-wizard tournament references on social media, FYI), they also plan to push for approval immediately, looking to expedite the decision from 2020 to this year or early next.

The tri-bid has been well received through most of the US, but in Mexico it is a wide range of emotions - not everyone is excited about only getting 10 games and no quarterfinal. They probably should be angry, and until I know if Seattle stole knockout round games from Mexico, I'll agree with them.

World

The Reign's Rachel Corsie is looking to get silverware with the Reign, and also by leading the Scottish National team to glory in the Euros this summer.

Want a job that you can be fired from almost immediately while everyone watches your every move? Good, if you're qualified to coach Argentina, go do it, it's worth the buyout (if you are reading this and your name is Brian Schmetzer, don't leave even though you're qualified). Who are the main contenders, though, to replace Bauza at Argentina?

If you know an Arsenal fan, console them.Or don't, up to you. I personal choose mocking, similar to Crystal Palace fans who blew out the Gunners and chanted "We want you to stay, we want you to stay, Arsene Wenger we want you to stay!". Meanwhile, it probably is time for Arsene Wenger to go.

Wenger does have a chance - maybe - to convince people he should stick around. After all, Arsenal does have games left, but where will they realistically finish?

Swansea City was criticized for making Paul Clement their third manager of the season and not giving Bob Bradley time (though given the results they were right). Palermo is starting to be too aggressive with its coaching changes, though, now on their 12th manager of the last 18 months.
