Seattle Reign v. Houston Dash: Weather and injury report

Mike Russell

Seattle Reign FC will host the Houston Dash tonight at 7 p.m. PT. It's the last match at home for Seattle before a two-game road trip to close out April. Here's your weather and injury report for tonight's game, which takes place at Memorial Stadium and can be streamed using the go90 app or website.

Prepare for a rainy affair Saturday evening. The weather forecast is currently predicting rain in Seattle during mid afternoon and off-and-on rain through the evening. There may be some sun breaks throughout the day, but that instability could lead to thunder storms in the evening. Bring your rain coats tonight and hope for a bit of luck in the weather department.

Injury Updates

For Seattle, Diana Matheson (left ACL tear) and Larissa Crummer (right foot fracture) are the only players on the official injury report. Matheson is out for the season, while Crummer likely has another month before returning to the field.

Houston will be without the midfield duo of Andressa (left hamstring strain) and Morgan Brian (right knee MCL sprain). While the Dash have one of the strongest midfield trios in the league when everyone is healthy, being without Brazilian international Andressa and USWNT regular Brian significantly weakens that band of three.

The match kicks off at 7 p.m. PT. Stay tuned to Sounder at Heart for live updates and analysis.
