With a record well below expectations it is time for the Seattle Sounders to enter the warm embrace of CenturyLink Field. They need to reach into the core of their being and force Real Salt Lake to adjust to Sounders soccer. An early heaven-sent goal would go quite a long way to helping Schmetzer’s side get back into the win column. Shackling the attacking three for RSL will not be easy, but their misery is key.
It’s time to end the sorrow and watch a win.

Injuries and Suspensions
No players are suspended for this match. Real Salt Lake’s Chris Schuler is one yellow away from being suspended for accumulation. Seattle’s Tony Alfaro will be suspended with two yellows. Kyle Beckerman, Luke Mulholland, Sunday Stephen, and Yura Movsisyan are also two yellows from suspension. RSL will be without Danny Acosta, Justen Glad, Brooks Lennon, and Sebastian Saucedo are away with the US U20s at the U20 World Cup. Roman Torres and Henry Wingo are out for the Sounders. Osvaldo Alonso and Aaron Kovar are both questionable. Salt Lake is without Chad Barrett and David Horst, both missing due to knee injuries. Their questionable list is Jordan Allen Tony Beltran, Movsisyan, and Demar Phillips.
