Perry Kitchen had really started to find himself at Hearts, even being named captain at one point, but, after a coaching change, the midfielder found himself out of favor and will likely leave the Scottish side this off-season.

NBC Sports handed out their awards for the Premier League season and a few names show up consistently, like Dele Alli and N’Golo Kante.
