MLS All-Star voting is now open and of the 176 players eligible, eight are Seattle Sounders. The All-Stars will face off against Real Madrid in Chicago on August 3rd. Starting today, until June 3rd you voting is exclusive through the MLS App.

As of June 3rd, you can vote on the computer for your favorite (or least favorite, I mean you do you) MLS players. Voting ends June 30th. If voting isn’t your thing, just go play FIFA 17 and every goal you score (game mode not specified) with an All-Star eligible forward will gain that player one vote.

Two commissioner picks are also added to the roster eligible for Fire head coach, Veljko Paunović. He likely will have a handshake with opposing manager Zinedine Zidane unlike Caleb Porter.

When you vote consider these two facts, first that you are voting for only ten players. Voting is for a 3-4-2 lineup with the third forward coming via FIFA goals. Second is that the game is on a Wednesday in Chicago and the Sounders play in LA the Saturday before it and up in Minnesota the Saturday after the ASG. Make it a road trip, hit the MLS All-Star game then go see the Rave Green in the Twin Cities.

Last season Clint Dempsey was the only Sounder to make the roster while in 2015 he was joined by Obafemi Martins and Chad Marshall for the ASG.

Your eligible Sounders:

Stefan Frei, Joevin Jones, Chad Marshall, Osvaldo Alonso, Nicolas Lodeiro, Cristian Roldan, Clint Dempsey and Jordan Morris.
