Sounders vs. Houston Dynamo, live stream: Game time, TV schedule and lineups

Watch with us whether in the stadium, via JOEtv, ROOT Sports NW, or Univision-Seattle.

Seattle Sounders FC have never had a home loss to the Houston Dynamo and tonight shall not be the night, if you have anything to do with it. With a break of more than a week for about two-thirds of the roster, it is vital for Brian Schmetzer’s Rave Green Army to earn three points. Both teams lost players to injury and stupid non-international-break callups.

Look for the Sounders to try and get out early, maybe through new and inventive set-pieces. Dynamo are a big counter team, so Seattle must possess in a way that prevents that. Through control of the center the Sounders may be able to get Nicolas Lodeiro back to the form that made Fall ‘16 the best partial season ever.

Baldomero Toledo is the center referee.

Injuries and Suspensions

This section remains too damn full.

Clint Dempsey and Jordan Morris remain with the US Men’s National Team outside of the FIFA international window. Tony Alfaro (knee) and Henry Wingo (ankle) are both out. Will Bruin (elbow) and Harry Shipp (hip) are both questionable.

Houston lost DaMarcus Beasley to Bruce Arena. Romell Quioto is questionable. The Dynamo will not have George Malki or Eric Alexander due to injury.

Juan David Cabezas is a single yellow card from accumulation suspension. Tony Alfaro, Alberth Elis, Romell Quioto, A.J. DeLaGarza, and Adolfo Machado are two cards away.
