When Seattle Sounders and Houston Dynamo last met, just about two weeks ago, Seattle eliminated Houston from the playoffs. The Dynamo will have their top wingers back in the contest coming on Sunday at 2 PM, but with less to play for it will be interesting to see who Wilmer Cabrera puts out in his XI.
Gribbs from Dynamo Theory answers One More Question.
SaH: What’s changed since our exchange two weeks ago?
DT: A few things, but not much overall. They’ll have reinforcements coming from Romell Quioto and Alberth Elis’s return from international duty which should boost their firepower up front. While Houston’s postseason aspirations were not much more than a pipe dream leading up to our last encounter, now they’re focused on the 2019 season. We may see some younger faces utilized by Wilmer Cabrera so he can evaluate talent before the offseason begins.
Nicolas Lodeiro, Raul Ruidiaz and Gustav Svensson are all back from international duty. There are no suspensions. The Sounders injured list remains unchanged, and though Roman Torres is listed as questionable, he will not be playing on Sunday.
Harry Shipp, Brad Smith and Roman Torres are out for tomorrow's game in BBVA compass stadium. All three players should be back by Playoff time. @sounderatheart
