After a lackluster CONCACAF Champions League away leg that saw Jordan Morris suffer a season-ending injury, the Seattle Sounders needed to rebound at home in a big way. And rebound they did. The first half saw Santa Tecla FC doing everything they could to slow the game, and the teams entered the break still level, a result that would have put Santa Tecla through.
