Things are not good in SounderLand. Jordan Morris is out for the season. Clint Dempsey is out for this game. There are a few other injuries as well. The Seattle Sounders sit with zero points in league play, staring up at the red line, an all too familiar early season sight.
But there is also goodness. CenturyLink Field hosts the Montreal Impact. The Impact, again early in the season, have two road matches, both losses. Rémi Garde is now their coach, a man who failed with Aston Villa.
With the probable return of Osvaldo Alonso, Will Bruin, and Nicolas Lodeiro the Sounders should like their chances. This is still a strong squad, one with an extraordinary record at home while under the tutelage of Brian Schmetzer.
