A home match against the Eastern Conference cellar dwellers was just what the Seattle Sounders needed. Having Nicolas Lodeiro back in the lineup, along with the continued rehabilitation of attacking pieces like Victor Rodriguez, didn’t hurt either. It may not have been the rout some predicted, but three points will do this squad a world of good.
