Six teams in MLS are earning a point a game or less at what is essentially the midpoint to the season. Any of them that think they are going to make it above the redline need to make their rush now, or preferably last week, or the week before that. In the race against time both the Seattle Sounders and Colorado Rapids (two awful performances in 2018) are looking at their annual Fourth of July match as the one to turn their season around.

Colorado is without Jack Price, who is suspended. No other injuries or absences are expected.

Seattle is without Gustav Svensson (because he’s out there winning World Cup games), Jordan Morris (ACL), Handwalla Bwana (foot sprain), and Nouhou (yellow card accumulation).
