Can’t make the parade? Watch with us.

Max Aquino / Sounder at Heart

We’re just 48 hours or so from watching the Seattle Sounders lift the MLS Cup after defeating Toronto FC 3-1. Champions get parades. Today, the Sounders will be parading through the streets of downtown Seattle from Westlake Center to Seattle Center, ending with a giant rally.

The parade will start at 12:00 p.m. The Sounders will travel via double decker buses up Fourth Avenue to Seattle Center. From there, they’ll take the stage for various festivities starting at roughly 1:30 p.m. These are loose times, as a parade of this magnitude is very difficult to schedule!

This parade will be a bit different than the 2016 MLS Cup parade. No fans will be permitted to march with the team up the street to Seattle Center. Sadly, we can’t all take the time off to head down to the parade route to celebrate our heroes in person. Have no fear, we’re in this together. Watch the parade with me below.

Be sure to follow along for live updates!
