Sounders finally offering more reasonably priced concessions

CenturyLink Field will hit the pocket book just a bit lighter, if you choose these limited options.

During the annual business meeting the Seattle Sounders indicated that they would have some lower price food and beverage options. It is an expanding trend that Arthur Blank’s Atlanta United and Atlanta Falcons started at Mercedes Benz Arena, and now Seattle will join it.

The options are limited, and certainly of the mass market appeal, but for many fans they will be able to save a bit of money over what they were spending in previous seasons.

The beer will only be Budweiser and Bud Light. The sodas are mainline Coca-Cola products.

If you want finer, local options those will still be available.

The two combo meals are limited to Seattle Dog and Grab ‘n’ Go as appropriate, but those are scattered around both the lower and upper concourse.

Full 90 Combo (2 hot dogs, 1 popcorn, 2 waters for $12) – All Seattle Dog locations: Sections 109, 124, 135, 149, 313, 324, 331

Grab ‘n’ Go Combo (Entree of your choice, chips, water for $12): Sections 111, 204, 240, 315, 330

Notably, the drinks will all come in cans and the food is mostly prepared ahead of time, meaning there’s less labor involved.

On the team notes that the options may not be available at all locations for all matches.
