Jordan Morris will wear the No. 11 shirt at Swansea

The team store is offering free customization on Morris shirts.

Jordan Morris will wear a familiar number when he makes his Swansea City debut. While his preferred No. 13 was already taken by goalkeeper Steven Benda, he was able to get the No. 11 shirt that he’s been wearing with the United States national team for the past three years.

Morris wore 13 during his entire five-year Sounders career, as well as all three of the seasons he spent at Stanford.

The jersey can be purchased from the Swansea City team store, where they’re offering free lettering on Morris shirts through the end of January. With shipping to the United States, the total cost is about $65 for an adult men’s jersey. Swansea City has three jerseys available — their traditional white and black, an aqua and red secondary, and a navy blue and red third.

A couple notes about the jerseys: men’s M-XL in the secondary and third jerseys were sold out as of about 3 p.m. and you’ll probably want to get at least one size bigger than you normally get, according to the U.S.-based supporters’ group.

While getting a Swansea jersey appears to be pretty affordable, watching their games could be a bit more spendy. ESPN+ carries some matches, but otherwise you’ll need to purchase Swans TV. The cost is nearly $200 for the season, about $30 for a month, or $11 for one game.
