Coffee & Valkyries: Who is OL Reign’s regular season MVP?

New, 14 comments

One simple question, a not-so-simple answer.

MikeRussellFoto / Sounder at Heart

At one point in the NWSL regular season, OL Reign were in ninth place and even competing for the final playoff spot looked like it’d require a lot of luck. Today, with one match to go in the regular season, they control their destiny in terms of securing a top-two finish and a first-round bye in the upcoming NWSL playoffs. Ever since July, OL Reign have put on a run that matches the talent and resumes on paper, but the job is still far from complete. With a break in league play for an international window, it’s a good time to look at what OL Reign have done to this point, so we dusted off the microphones to try to answer perhaps the impossible question:

Who is OL Reign’s regular season MVP?

The crew give their respective answers, so we’d like to see how you’d answer the question. Let us know in the comments!
