At long last, the Seattle Sounders have succumbed to defeat. Their 1-0 loss to Minnesota United on Sunday was their first regular-season loss since Nov. 1, 2020, a span of 15 games. Up until the 81st minute, it looked like the Sounders may extend it another game, but Robin Lod got on the end of a cross to give Minnesota the lead.
