The Seattle Sounders left it late, but they pulled it out all the same as Raúl Ruidíaz’s 93rd minute winner put them through to the Leagues Cup final. The 1-0 win over Santos Laguna on Tuesday marked the Sounders’ third straight win over a Liga MX opponent at home and improves their record to 6-8-2 overall against the region’s best league.
