Just an FYI that the Athletic has a $1/mo deal right now that's going away soon. It lasts for a year so 12 months for $12, billed monthly I think.

Also, New York Times has a similar deal too, $1/week, so $52 for the year, billed monthly. This deal includes free access to The Athletic as well, in case an expanded news portfolio is worth it for you.

Need to make the work count so gonna keep typing. You know how to access the sites to get the deals and it's fairly simple to figure out. Just be sure you cancel before the end of a year so you dont get charged the full amount, unless that's ok for you.
