Seattle Sounders vs. Austin FC: community player ratings form

The Seattle Sounders returned to MLS play, fresh of three tussles with the best of the best. With their level elevated, a home match against Austin FC felt rather perfunctory in the end, as the Sounders came away 2-0 winners. Jesús Ferreira found the net in first half stoppage time, and Danny Musovski scored an insurance goal early in the second to cap off some slick one- and two-touch passing. That was it for goals. Reed Baker-Whiting came away with two yellows and left the match one whole minute early.
