Kim Little scores late equalizer through sea of defenders

Scottish international has eight goals in nine games and every week she does something new to impress us.

Kim Little is some kind of magician. The Scottish midfielder remained tied for the NWSL goals lead by bagging her eighth of the season on Sunday, this one in stoppage time to grab a point and keep the Seattle Reign unbeaten through nine matches.

Beyond the timing of the goal, the way she pulled it off is rather remarkable. Just check out this gif, showing how she gains possession despite being surrounded by three defenders, creates her owns space and then fires her shot through a sea of five more defenders and the goalkeeper.

Depending on how you want to tally that up, you could make a compelling case that she beat nine defenders, who all had a chance to make a play on the ball. But even if you want to be less bombastic, it's still an amazing shot as she somehow manages to get her shot past a host of arms, legs and bodies without it being deflected.

What's even crazier is she's doing stuff like this on an almost weekly basis. There's something special going on at Memorial Stadium.
