Julianne Sitch has been suspended two games for "use of excessive force" in her collision with Seattle Reign captain Keelin Winters in Saturday's game. Although Stitch was only given a yellow card, the NWSL Disciplinary Committee acknowledged what was plainly obvious on the replay.
After receiving some medical attention in the 53rd, Winters eventually was substituted in the 67th minute and may have suffered a concussion.
