One more Seattle Reign match, one more win. And the unbeaten streak continues.
Ok, it's been a while since I've made any comparisons to last year. But there came a time when I didn't know what else to write loss after loss after loss. Only difference now, well, it's the complete opposite. I still don't know what to say...they keep winning and winning and winning (or at least, not losing).
I guess some new aspects were that Nahomi Kawasumi was back for her first match at home since returning from her stint with the Japanese National team.
Oh and Sydney Leroux broke her scoreless drought. I have to wonder if watching Jozy Altidore break his 6-month scoreless streak with a brace for the USMNT gave her a little something extra.
Perhaps her tweet earlier in the day was not just about Jozy's performance, but she was being a bit prescient about herself, as well.

One can hope. And only time will tell.
