Whether you’re in the stands at Providence Park or watching on go90, folks barely had any time to get settled into tonight’s match against the Portland Thorns when Jess Fishlock took the action to 11.

Portland Thorns’ midfielder Lindsey Horan tried to clear the ball through Fishlock but Fishlock’s blocking had the ball fall at her feet and from about 20 yards, Fishlock blasted a golazo so loud it could wake the dead. Here’s another look at her goal.
An unfortunate Jess Fishlock own goal leveled the game for Portland in the 37th minute. However, in the 40th minute, Merritt Mathias put the Reign back on the lead with the assist going to Rebekah Stott.
Buckle up folks, the second half of this one could be a doozy.
