Seattle Sounders Women Release 2013 Schedule

The Seattle Sounders Women will face the usual Western Division foes this season, minus the Canadian teams who both dropped from the W-League. There is also a new team. The Bay Area Breeze have joined this Division for the 2013 season. They are a fully professional team, and could pose the biggest challenge for the SSW this season. Following the regular season, the top two finishers in the Western Conference will play a one-match playoff to represent the West in the W-League National Final on July 26-28.

The Sounders Women will also open their season the way they did last year by hosting local College teams for exhibition matches. There is a pending fifth preseason exhibition match, which will be announced at a later date. There is also a sixth exhibition match in July against an as yet unnamed team. All Sounder home matches are at the Starfire Complex, and all times are PST and PM. Single match tickets (if available), will go on sale on February 13th.
