LevyFilms' newest subject is Washington men's soccer

Heart of the Dawg will premiere Oct. 16 on Pac-12 Networks.

Scott Levy has done the Seattle Sounders. He's done the Seattle Reign. Now, he's doing the University of Washington men's soccer team.

LevyFilms' latest project, Heart of the Dawg, will be a four-part series focusing on the 2014 season and air on the Pac-12 Network. The first episode will air on Oct. 16 at 9 p.m.

UW is off to a blazing start, going 8-1-0 and rising to No. 5 in the nation. The team is made up heavily of Washingtonians and features six Sounders Academy alums. Among the Sounders Academy products are the team's leading scorer Darwin Jones (seven goals, four assists) and defender Ian Lange (having started all nine games).

As we've come used to expecting, the series will feature Levy's unique highlight style, interviews and behind-the-scenes footage.
