Stanford wins College Cup behind Jordan Morris brace

The Cardinal blow Clemson away by score of 4-nil.

If Jordan Morris goes pro during this offseason, he goes out on top. His two goals lead Stanford to a 4-nil win over higher-seeded Clemson. That score ties the largest blowout in NCAA D1 Men's Soccer College Cup history matching St. Louis Unversity's 4-0 over San Francisco.

Morris first goal was at just 1:27.

Jordan's second was a fun little throughball that he touches into space. Morris has to use his left foot to place the shot.

Brandon VIncent buried a PK for Stanford's third.Eric Verso scored the fourth and assisted on one of Morris' goals. Stanford are now champions, but most of American soccer is focused on one thing - will Jordan sign with Sounders or stay in college and graduate after his senior year?

The Mercer Island native is a Sounders HGP prospect and a United States National Team player. As of today he is also a champion.
