The Premier Development League (PDL) has revealed it 2017 divisional alignments and schedule. The Sounders U23’s remain in the Northwest Division, with Calgary Foothills FC, Victoria Highlanders FC, a Portland Timbers affiliate and Lane United FC. The PDL added in a new franchise known as TSS Rovers out of the Vancouver, BC area. All regular season home matches will be played at Sunset Stadium in Sumner, WA.
