With the Open Cup, USSDA playoffs and midseason friendlies all done and dusted some lineup stability should return to Seattle Sounders FC 2. They will have close to a full selection of players for their Sunday meeting with Orange County Soccer Club. It should also see the return of the vaulted defensive mid combo of Francisco Narbón and Ray Saari. That alone should do a lot to improve S2’s lot as they struggled to control the midfield while the two were in absentia. S2 won’t be quite to full power, however, with Sam Rogers unlikely to play after playing on Friday night and both Denso Ulysse and Felix Chenkam injured.
Still, it will be a much improved lineup over the one that S2 put out against Orange County when they met just three weeks ago. That one ended 4-3 in favor of Orange County. It was a valiant effort from an underpowered S2 that will give them a lot of confidence heading into this rematch.

Keys to the Game:
- Narbón/Saari dominate the midfield.
- Impose your will on a lesser team.
- Let the home crowd buoy you.
