Seattle Sounders 2 vs Vancouver Whitecaps 2: live stream, game time, and lineups

Cascadia 2 is on the line in Tukwila tonight.

Tonight's game will be the most important game of Seattle Sounder FC 2’s season so far. They have gotten 0 points out of their last 6 matches and have slid perilously down the Western Conference standings. This game is really a must win for S2 if they want to have any hope of making the playoffs. While they have one of the easier remaining schedules, they have also played more matches than those they trail, and with a loss to Vancouver Whitecaps FC 2 their just won’t be enough points left for them to realistically claw back.

The game is also a psuedo-Cascadia Cup 2 final. S2 and WFC2 are tied on points in the Cascadia 2 standings and this is their last meeting of the year. Both teams do have a game against T2 left, but they are barely a team and both should beat them easily. If S2 or WFC2 win tonight they almost certainly will win Cascadia Cup 2. A tie would make things more complicated, but WFC2 would have the advantage as they are ahead on goal difference, though S2 could overcome the GD in their remaining game against T2.
